1-zero work life balance 2- They dont give salary as per market standards and no revised salary 3Hire large number of people and seniors get less salary junior get more salary 4- 24/7 availability required even if no work 5- 9 hour available in office otherwise marked absent 6- if u r sick then u have to request beg for leave 7- zero employ friendly company 8- PA was one of benefits before not they don’t give PA due to which seniors resigned 9- they expect interns to Work like seniors 10- zero learning only labour work employees are not respected they are tortured 11- no wfh concept no hybrid work concept only labour work 12- people work on saturday sunday as well it’s fine if you work sometimes due to project deliverables but here they force u to work without any comp off and or pay 13- If you ask for comp off they will say will have to mail to higher authorities for the approval then you will get otherwise not in my hands and if you deny to work you will be laid off or your senior will give bad feedback to manager that zero dedication towards work. Look for other option before coming here

Learning because you work for 6 days a week and won't even think about your personal life , no employee stays there more than a year , they just run out of it.Health will be sacrificed and even though won't be any appreciation. Company staff stays there than any other employee.

Poor work life balance , no job security , if you want better pay can go for it , full of internal politics , sabka bakwaas , only go if you don't have any other option .

Poor Top management and no work Life balance. Management smartly asks employees to work on Saturday and if needed on Sunday too and gives no Extra pay for extra works. Also,reward is to pressure and say as unable to perform during weekdays to complete targets,which infact will be a unrealistic deadlines.

You get to learn new things. New initiatives by team members in terms of learning new technologies.

...rate. They just give appraisel due to which people are sitting here for years. No other facility other than salary, nothing!! Once while discussing to provide cab serive for female employee at night for there safety, one of the company's highest management told that female employee should stay near the office if they concern there safety. Rubbish!!

A lot of pressure is given Expectations are high as compared to the knowledge provided Seniors are egoistic Clients don't have professional communicational skills You need to work till night even in Noida (no safety) No work from home Asked to cancel the emergency leaves, client work is more important as compared to your family or health Never join this company horrible
