Good for enthusiastic ,self-motivated employees who are ready to go the extra mile to take up responsibilities. Employees like working here because of the comfort zone that they find. Lots of efforts taken from the HR side to keep the employees engaged and connected. Lots of good community events which gives overall feel-good environment and opportunity to learn and display our knowledge/talent.

Dislikes

Some employees lack values and professionalism, this may be interpreted as a lack of values in the organisation as a whole. A lot of jugaad is appreciated and lack of best practices being followed which leads to a lot of tech debts which ends up being a pain for the next person who takes up the role. If you are talented and confident in your ability, there's a good chance that you may feel lost and feel like you can do better.

Working at MapleLabs has been an incredible experience till date! The team is supportive, and the work environment is rewarding. I feel valued and appreciated for my contributions.

Dislikes

While I truly enjoy working here and appreciate the supportive team, I believe there is an opportunity for growth in the area of professional development. Investing more in training and workshops would further enhance our skills and contribute to our continued success as a team.

it is been more than 2 years in this organization. What I liked about it are the domains they are working on "Storage, Virtualization and Server Management" They built the solution too called SnappyFlow which has featured customers too

Dislikes

They have pantries but no cafeteria, they must come up with these facilities as they are 200+ now
