1. Hard to describe that who is running the company MD/CEO/CFO? 2. CFO's decision is last and that is why it is a finance driven company. 3. No innovative or. Technology driven discussion are their. 4. Products are average. 5.Technical head is simply changing RMs in FG without intimate the ground level people. 6.Budget is the huge issue for this company. 7. Bonus will be hold if you leave the company or resign before March. 8. HR is simply doing a clerical job rather than HR. 9. F&F settlement will be cleared only when the outstanding will be cleared for the sales person.So beware. 10. Less manpower is a thumb rule problem for this company 11. NSM is not traveling to those areas where business potential is more

Mapei has good system and theoretical work ethics. Salary and appraisal is good.

Dislikes

Would have been better if the theoretical values were reflected into office culture. Workplace is more than 9-6 or a pay check.

Nothing good to say in my experience of Mapei India. Would not recommend it to anyone looking for a meaningful career..

...rall company has no clear focus or understanding of the market and its dynamics. I would strongly recommend people to think twice before joing Mapei India and not look at what salary they are throwing at you. I left a very good company like Pidilite to suffer in Mapei India

Managememnt not good. Not supportive.. They put too much pressure.. And dont conduct any training program for new joiner... Without giving proper information they send employee to construction site, for solving client queries..

I had been called for the interview, I was asked all sorts of tricky questions about customer approach, clients, lead generation. They have asked for many of my other friends from different companies. But they have kept the position on hold. It means there was no need to fill the position but know the strategy of the competitors, cheap tricks.
