1. Hard to describe that who is running the company MD/CEO/CFO? 2. CFO's decision is last and that is why it is a finance driven company. 3. No innovative or. Technology driven discussion are their. 4. Products are average. 5.Technical head is simply changing RMs in FG without intimate the ground level people. 6.Budget is the huge issue for this company. 7. Bonus will be hold if you leave the company or resign before March. 8. HR is simply doing a clerical job rather than HR. 9. Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
