A company where one can be heard. Full on exposure of handling a project independently. Frequent appraisals for deserving candidates. Free hand by management to enhance an individual's port folio. A working guy can work. A lazy guy can chill and relax. Good for freshers. Legal aspects in an attribute one can enhance here.

Dislikes

Investment has an upper limit. Hence, a bit of cost cutting. Too many people to give ideas. Too less people to implement. Hence, clashes are common.

Little bit improvement in english as I was in US process.

Dislikes

They ask for 2 months notice period when you want to leave but when process ramped down they give you one months time on desk with 40% salary. There is no chance of professional growth. Every year you have to beg and cry for yearly increment than only they give you increment.

No rules and regulations. season mai fresher bache rakh leta hai bhar bhar ke or off season mai bache nikal deta without notice periods bus Ek hi reason de kr nikal deta hai apki performance achi nhi hai Bekar general manger hai Ek pase ka management dusro ke increment se problem hai kyu ki is ke baap ke ghr se pase ja rahe hai
