People were good natured, friendly. Some were toxic and used to cornerize, but 90% people were good by nature. My first lead was a bad person, very toxic and mannersless. Second TL was very good, friendly and very emphatic. Good for Kolhapur based people.

It's great to have worked on government projects like MCGM, CIL. Team members are supportive. Open to innovation. Feedback are considered. It's great to worked with innovative team leader and team members.

Dislikes

Growth is slow. Sometimes, work pressure is high. No effective salary increment. Sometimes, have to work on multiple projects at same day.
