...them. Though there are no management body as such only 2 people run the company. If they want they also don't give you variable pay which is a CTC component, not above CTC.

1) No job security is there. 2) There is no proper structure of management. 3) No guarantee that you will get the variable pay or not as it is a part of your salary structure. 4) Most important thing is that if you join as a fresher/experienced there is no clarity who is the person will take the decision from higher authority regarding your work, mainly when you will be on review. 5) Leave policy is very bad. Casual Leave=12 days in a year (if experienced 15) and if you are coming from other state WFH should be 10 in a year (In a year you will get 2 time (5+5) slot wise.

...ere are a lot of opportunities given to learn and its an everyday learning work. Decent compensation and hike.

Dislikes

Its a very small team and one person being the deciding factor. More of people oriented than processes. Strict on work timings particularly the in-time. You can stretch beyond the working hours in the night but next day you have to be in on time (no flexibility in work timings). The option to work from home is given without any hierarchy to everyone in the team even if they don't want to work from home. No work-life balance.

I have been working here since 2 years. It has been great journey. The management and HR Policies are very flexible, offering special leaves , permissions, additional wfh to have work life balance, particularly for women. The HR Policies have align with any decent MNCs. Pay is also competitive with market standards, with guaranteed annual appraisals. Usually there are no layoffs or bench system here other than ones based on performance or attitude.
