Our company has a good culture There was a problem with our mangers and 2nd line even Zm also in a lock down our manager and 2nd line Zm also deleted our number in local group without information I'm lot of suffered in the lock down even after joined in the field I got COVID 19 my Mangers didn't called me in a quarantine only first line daily taken feedback to me I was home quarantine 15days one room here my friends helped me my family not having with me I spent my own money after COVID my experience here company has a good ideas company is going to be a definitely number 1 but Head office should take about the Mangers

Bad culture, no job security, no balance leave reimbursement, no yearly bonus, no increments and after resignation employee gets only salary of last working month no any others amount like leave encashment, bonus, gratuity etc... Laala based company... Owners always think about cost cutting for employees.
