There is huge list, but listing few 1. Canteen food is really horrible, even multiple complaints no improvement, admin not taking any action 2. No HR policy, unprofessional HR team 3. Different rule for different person, depend you are favourite or not (mainly where HR and Admin deals) 4. Very Strict timing

5 day working. Good for personal life. Salary come in month end.

Dislikes

3 months notice period for all employees, 3 year bond 30% of CTC but it is only one sided bond if employee will complete 3 year bond no benefit for employees.

Work pressure is optimum, that is good point for an employee.

Job is not secure. Who are boot lickers their job is secured and getting benefits of promotion, salary hike. Long served employees are in this category whatever skills they have.
