Dislikes

As Mankind is top pharma company, It need to standardize their staff accordingly their education also instead work experience. Company must be Periodically filter employees which are highly educated than provide training with little bit more functionality,responsibilities and work load for that work which they are currently doing. If some one doing same work as before last two years and suppose 30 percent employees have same situation than we can say, that company not growing 100%, and the 30% untouched area is not responsible for that. Company and Employees are reflaction of each other, growth of any one reflected each other. An employee's growth is not according to company, but depends how and how much their bosses reporting to management. I don't like that feedback dependency is centerlised, It must be distributed.

Nothing to like for this company.....

Dislikes

Bad culture, no job security, no balance leave reimbursement, no yearly bonus, no increments and after resignation employee gets only salary of last working month no any others amount like leave encashment, bonus, gratuity etc... Laala based company... Owners always think about cost cutting for employees.

There is now working life balance work starts at 9.30 am ends at 11 pm, if you don't want to give your family time then it's a good company for you, worst culture they will fire you anytime make you sit at home without any reason so that you give resignation
