...antly try to break my morale, leaving me with no mental satisfaction in my work. They hold back salary for no reason and make false promises. They increase the CTC, but the actual salary is much lower. They include things like food charges in the CTC, but I still have to pay for them. There's no PF or ESI.

Management is horrible. Not a limited / listed organization. No benefits other than salary. Owner approach towards employees is just like bonded labour. Have to work more in areas that are other than your expertise. No proper hierarchy.

...ow how to treat a fresh graduate. He will not leave any chance to humiliate you. The salary structure is also not so good. After joining you will realise that there is no future. It will only make you proficient in MS Excel and E- Mail writing Later on when you will want to switch the company hardly any company will accept your CV. So If you are willing to get a bright future please avoid.

Lot’s of politics, Micromanagement, Mostly people resign within 3-6 month of joining, unprofessional. Top management is just time passing here, Don’t have my guts. Don’t join even you are jobless. You will losses your mental health.
