Good working environment, but there is lot of delay in response from management. Good salary hike, but slow growth. No clear rules and regulation, or may be not rules and regulations are not cleared to employees due which there is lot of misunderstanding and confusion.

Work Details

Initially there was no work pressure, but current situation is no longer the same. Unnecessary vedio calls on regular basis which can be organised weekly basis. Office working environment is actually good.

Work life balance almost non existent. Widespread favouritism and credit hogging from senior levels.
