No leave encashment, justified in the name of a scam called unlimited leaves. 9. Foul language considered a norm in day to day meetings even among leaders.

Company culture, working profile, learning. Working for about 3 years and learn lot of things. Work ownership and respect for the work you have done. Work recognition. Solely responsible for your market growth. Good guidance from managers.

Dislikes

Appraisal and growth is not satisfied. If you work in any market and grow for them but instead of giving promotion or salary hike to you, they will prefer to hire someone from outside for a same position but on higher salary

While it began well for me, over the 2.5 years, the work culture has been hampered. Work life balance is still better than many other companies.
