With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! Basic salary components pay very less than other. Basic salary components shuld be more so which get more benifits for employee PF contribution . PF contribution of company is less because of less basic salary

There is no organization policy as such. Few Higher Management take decisions, there is no HR who can protect you. Only people who are close to management are good else worthless. Think multiple times prior you join this organization. They will play with your career.
