MNC company with good processes set up for learning and development. The work culture is decent but could surely improve.

Poor Compensation for freshers. Lack of onsite opportunities. No education benefits. Poor appraisals.

Employee satisfaction can be improved through strength of HR team No personal conect of HR team with plant employees. ( It not dislike it can be improved)

Sports and cultural activities, Feelings like we are working in a family.

Pay and benefits are very poor for internal members. Whenever they recruit from outside, pay benefits are too much as compared to regular employee

Culture of the company is very good, Job security is excellent. Overall organisation is good

For the salary and promotion point of view organisation is not good. Promotion is not easy, salary hike is very poor. Don't look for long run.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
