Very high variable pay even for freshers. Saturated environment with hardly any scope for growth. No proper appraisals Your pay package is doomed if you start your career with them. They use and throw freshers.

...ojects -Managers are working from home and asking juniors to work from office -Salary standard is not as per market standards -Poor work life balance - No budget for team activities, cultural activities - Seniors/Managers are taking credit for work - Managers with Poor technical knowledge - Not good for freshers, they are getting used for unit testing, integration testing and documentation, no development work for them.
