HR Department. And Operation higher Management totaly un experience of Operation processes at bottom level. HR. Department doing partiality between employees. Job safety is nothing. Daily working hours extended due personal life effected.

...k-life balance - has to come on duty in weekly off days. And it is mandatory. 2. Salary benefits - No way 3. Promotion - if you will need to promote then you need to leak 4. Job security - this will be your dream, but it's not true at all. 5. Work satisfaction - there have no any satisfaction, until you left the job permanently. 6. Company Culture - this will get you surely in trouble.

Working in MLL is a joyful learning experience. The work is so rewarding that even if offered a good hike in salary and a better designation by another employer, one would think twice before considering leaving such a generous and fulfilling company.

Not paid my salary with my bonus. After closed site they want to transfer another location without any salary increase. I unable to accept transfer due to my fathers health problem. Also medical documents share with respective HR. She assured that my notice period will be waved up. But they deduct my one months salary & bonus.

Full of politics vendors and management Staff suffers for work pressure no one takes action on vendors due to they received commission from vendors

Management this is not for all higher officials some people need they need to pay car emi free then getting good salary but they need side income
