...k-life balance - has to come on duty in weekly off days. And it is mandatory. 2. Salary benefits - No way 3. Promotion - if you will need to promote then you need to leak 4. Job security - this will be your dream, but it's not true at all. 5. Work satisfaction - there have no any satisfaction, until you left the job permanently. 6. Company Culture - this will get you surely in trouble.

Dislikes

Not paid my salary with my bonus. After closed site they want to transfer another location without any salary increase. I unable to accept transfer due to my fathers health problem. Also medical documents share with respective HR. She assured that my notice period will be waved up. But they deduct my one months salary & bonus.

Jb security depends on market value. There is work culture good. Management is very aware of employees job satisfaction. politics are good. Appraisal are mostly fair and bonus every year.

...without giving any scope of work even employees are eligible to continue work. Salary given last day of each working month. Very poor HR support for all employees. Overall very horrible experience after working 5 complete years.
