...ment is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Management is poor, play politics & very low salary compare to work ,People join here because of Brand Name but as it is subsidiary company they not follow value, culture like M & M ( Mahindra is like dream Company ) , even it was very difficult to go on leave for more than 2 days ,depended on reporting manager .

...ism, no work life balance working hours extend as per the seniors no OT is paid. Since started working they paid salary less than the minimum wages act as we were in need no one questioned they just take it as benefit as there is no company in solapur. Toxic management which is affecting employees.

...taff to roam free on the floor. Worst Management system i have seen in my life. I resigned in February and i got my salary in August, whenever i asked to HR ( Hemangi vispute), she gaves me stupid excuses over the salary.
