...ism, no work life balance working hours extend as per the seniors no OT is paid. Since started working they paid salary less than the minimum wages act as we were in need no one questioned they just take it as benefit as there is no company in solapur. Toxic management which is affecting employees.

No appraisal, no salary growth, fake promises to make sme or TL n I used to work till 10pm so that I can get appraisal. I worked for 2 and half years but dint felt like I will get growth even an after 5 years also coz of politics..

Working with Mahindra it was great pleasure, work culture was very friendly it was a second home where we use to love to go. Security of job is fearless if you are good at your job then not worries and also if you go wrong there are supportive people who will teach you. I really loved working with this company.

Nothing as such only salary offer in start and politics. As I understand every company has politics but I really hate politics

...taff to roam free on the floor. Worst Management system i have seen in my life. I resigned in February and i got my salary in August, whenever i asked to HR ( Hemangi vispute), she gaves me stupid excuses over the salary.
