I never dislike most of coz we are working for our future and future is here .

All is good bt thair people not good and thay are not n also they are not giving of for any emergency leave and sick leave and they also not training we work 10 to 12 hours

1) Office politics. 2) If you are giving party to TL then you will get full month attendance n you will get hot lead. ( TL name sanoj ) 3) job time is 9-6 but that is only on paper in actual you have stay in office upto 7-30/8-00 And if you are male then forget about job time there is no time limit. 4) old staff will take you appointment/ leads without asking you don't keep your paper in your office drower. And there are many more things....... Club Mahindra should change all the staff And 1 more important thing the camp branch office boy person have more attitude then a IAS.

The salary is on time. You could easily fool the managers. it's a very comfort zone.

It is the worst job which anyone could ever possibly imagine. You literally get threads from the managers and from the people who are above you. They always F*ck With your Brain. They Doesn't give a solitary f*ck about You.

Salary is on time. Working with a big brand gives CV a boost.

Dislikes

Absolutely zero work-life balance. People work here 12-14 hours a day on a daily basis for 7 days a week. Week-offs are far-fetched, no week-offs. Absolute partiality exists within branches. Incentive criteria is absolutely terrible. No support from branches and there are people who always will try to feed on other's work. No national holidays. People work here continuously without a single day off for 2-3 months regularly.
