1. Worst People Management 2. Manipulation of Audits ( HR related) No timings no offs 3. Job threats during COVID times 4. A company grows because of the down the line staff. Managers manage but staffs works. When the staffs never say that they are the one who make a company operate at break even or GOP then how a regional head can say this to their employees " Be grateful to the company which has no asked you to move out and still.paying the salary" note: If you get a position of manager in CM and executive in any other brand. Good Company, however detiriorated in standards overall. The salary packages are not so good, also growth and increment happens only if you are able to be on the top of politics

...ly ,i spand club Mahindra minimum 4 year... 2 time my new joining 1 stated 6500.end of my salary 7900 rs in hand .and suffering because lack of staff. and my last month salary haven't come yet almost 50 days left.

Dislikes

A lot of delay in petty works, low compensation, exorbitant work hours without compensation, and no ownership for leaders to assist the junior employees.
