Absolutely zero work-life balance. People work here 12-14 hours a day on a daily basis for 7 days a week. Week-offs are far-fetched, no week-offs. Absolute partiality exists within branches. Incentive criteria is absolutely terrible. No support from branches and there are people who always will try to feed on other's work. No national holidays. People work here continuously without a single day off for 2-3 months regularly.

No work life balance. 2.No fix weekly off. 3.No National Holiday. 4.No fix out time every day it's till continuing 10:00 am to 09:00pm. 5.Manager are behaving very bad. 6.No Lunch Break For TME When you can't make 3 bookings before 02:30pm. 7. There is no Role of HR ...... Everything is depends on Branch Managers.

Many things did not get any support, I'm a telemarketing executive I'm not get proper data support from my marketing manager we get rechurn data everyday,also we have reached office at 10:15 approx but our log out time is 8pm minimum and everyday. Please look into it sir/ ma'am.

Worst kind of people. Seniors discuss about your personal life. Whenever a girl talks to a boy, they starts gossiping. If you're a performer they'll start bullying you, if you're not performing then also same. Worst experience!
