There is a lot of politics and management is not careful.career growth in very slow I'm two years in continue training hour .and my new boss is very bade and bade language me and coustomer.on the job training is not given to new joining

...nt is preety good here. Ambience, work desk , cafeteria everything is top notch. Even the salary gets credited 2-3 days before the month ends.

Nothing that i like about this company. They have deducted huge part of the salary (Fixed + Variable) of the employees. They have rather ditched us during the COVID 19 lockdown by deducting such a huge amount from our packages. Facing economic difficulties now due to this problem. No one is there to address to our grievances.

...ed targets, Last years appraisals not done with an excuse of COVID 19 impact. Huge salary cuts from existing package which has taken us 4-5 years back in terms of or career path. Blocked huge amount of salary till March 2021 so that nobody can leave the company. Career growth here is horrible.The one with good references internally can grow within the system. Lot of politics going on around the work place. Employee opinion on innovation and work related ideas is least considered. Travel expenses,Telephone expenses,Petrol/diesel expenses are stopped. Employees paying from their own pocket.

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and but they give low salary hike and but bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a no bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is given to new joinees.

I m working with this company since 17 years. There is well work life balance. Time to time new technology introduced by Co. And get trained by them. This Co. Is great place to work..
