The Brand itself talks for it, salary gets credited in time and HR policies are also good in certain areas.

Dislikes

Work Life balance is a real cause of concern there are times you'll be forced to work for 12+ hours, management is pathetic, CTC is inflated with a huge chunk of it being blocked in the form of staff loans there are times you'll literally be forced to achieve unrealistically inflated targets within a very tight deadline. all in all nature of work in Retail Banking in obnoxious.

All are good job security, work life balance, Job satisfaction, Skills and knowledge development, these are all is good

Dislikes

Salary is not good. This company is a few things restricted to incentive and bonus and employee service not good. I am not satisfaction. These are all not good

There is no one in the bank to explain And the ones that are old, new people treat them differently, & Timing is a big issue, like coming to the bank is on time but leaving is not fixed And there is a lot more to write but it cannot be completed in one line

Nothing except job security. Home loan rates if you stay for long here.

Dislikes

No work life balance. The salary may seem good but is not worth the working hours that you put. Less to no perks at all. They make you work full time even on bank holidays and sundays. Late sitting till almost 11.30 pm at times. Even females are not spared.

...ng a leave when you are sick also feels like you have committed a serious crime. No hike even after working for almost 10 hrs a day for 4 years. Terrible process and sales pressure. Your mental health goes for a toss working here.
