Nothing, I recommend don't work with him, if you love for family don't work with him.

Dislikes

Mahesh Punjabi is a number one liar and does not respect women at all. If he gives a job to someone, he treats them like a servant, he talks to the employee in an abusive manner and does not pay the salary on time. If you want to quit the job, then he does not pay the employee's salary and otherwise he threatens to end his career. His wife is also involved in all this.

the employees are good , boss is shit

Dislikes

toxic boss, very abusive, not punctual, has attitude problem, speaks rudely to staff and outside people also, doesn't make timely payments, salaries are given late. doesn't pay interns after promising. big lier, big mouth. no respect. disgusting behaviour,don't join!

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
