Working in Magpie was really worst experience in my entire career. Management is really worst, their is no job security, no PF, no Bonus, no salary increment, no festival holidays, no Leave encasement and no canteen. After 1 year I have taken 24 days leave which was verbally applied by director but when I came back from leave they told me that they have appointed someone else on my place because I have taken more leave so they cant keep two Sales Coordinator, and the lady to whom they have appointed on my place she also left organization after 1mth because of worst management. so never trust them.

...the last 5 years. Also, performance bonus was given to me for the work I did. Timely salary payment as well as no work on holidays expected.

Dislikes

Office timings are quite strict. Need to give one day advance notice for taking leave.

Nothing 8th wonder of corporate sector in our life.

No job security, Attitude of management is very bad.Dirty politics.Salary not in time. Employees are working more then 10 hours no paid leaves.Bad experience in my career.

...very super bad attitude woman director there.Bad politics against own employees. Salary and payments to others not on time..Don't ruined your career. 10 hours work no public holidays no leave even Sunday.

Management is mad heads, no brains no working culture, gives designation nd salary nd expect data entry work, bcz they themselves dont know how to work, saddiest people cannot encourage others. Paying salary means owing people to abuse. Hr team another hatsoff they themselves take employees phone and write reviews, all reviews on single day should have used some common sense. Big mistake to join this company.
