Magnamius is a company where tha Raja and praja behaviour is applied. You will have to gift your some part of your salary to the management for nothing. If you resigning the force you to retain they make you threatened and if you still leaving your job after serving your notice they hold your FnF. Some part of your salary on the name of performance bonus, your two months of salary gratuity etc. And also will not give you your releaving letter too.

Salary increment is terrible. Here salary based on old or favourite employee. Not giving performance bonus. If we leave the organisation then they not clear FNF on time. And sometimes not providing the experience letter to some ex employee. Bad experience overall.
