Being as a fresher it's really good company you must join this organization.

Dislikes

Salary hike is very less here as we can see the inflation rate in india so it's really difficult to manage with less CTC. If it will improve then I don't think anyone will leaving this organization early.

The opportunities and experiences I've gained here, but i feel that my current compensation does not fully reflect the scope of my work, the value I bring to the team. No team bonding/outings. Low Appraisals.

Likes

I like that we are engaged in the project. Though I am working in CSS project, learning new technical skills associated to the project. Good thing is they are hiring freshers.

Dislikes

I don't like the management I am under. Also appraisal is way below than expected. I don't like how they are laying us off just for the sake of cost cutting

I got into really good team with great colleagues and good managers. Job security is good till you are in project. But there'll be 60 working days of bench period if not on any project

Could have given negative or 0 stars for salary benifits and hikes. Forget about good appraisals or promotions. Promotions are just for sake of designation without any monetary benefits. You'll get to hear about all expected jargons and blunders like "external factors" and budget. There'll be no consideration of the amount of efforts you're putting in. Hikes will be arbitrary figures without considering anyone's efforts or contribution. HRs are just for sake of designation. No-one will be there to listen or discuss about your concerns at the end of financial year.

The work life balance is so good. The office infrastructure is good. The workplaces are nice. You can learn new things anytime through its online learning platform i.e. Shoshin school. And they have hybrid working policy so that requires you to work from office for 2 days in a week and rest you have to work from home.

Dislikes

Was forced to take a support role after being trained as a devops engineer. Inconsistent salary hikes specially for freshers as heard from my seniors.
