These local company brought us on road.. They have taken benefit of Covid 19 and removed from organisation.. Very Very worst company.. I wont recommend this company to people...Now market situation is very bad not geeting job and lots of responsibility.. Shame on this Magna ESI company. If Magna ESI dont have capabilities to sustain employee then dont hire people. Because Magna ESI dont have rights to spoil employee career. Very very worst company . Magna ESI managers takes revenge on employee and create bad name of employee and remove from the company.. I had got lots of bad feedback of Magna before joining but due to HR manager i joined this company because he said and convinced 1 hours to saying that this is very good company..In Magna ESI Head Engineering director thinks about profit he doesn't care about employees. If profit reduces then he removes employees from company.. And this directors leadership team is very very worst.. So many people left company due to Managers harassment . But this director doents take action on them.. Magna ESI having zero humanity..Humble request to people to boycott this company Magna ESI..SHAME ON MAGNA ESI..SHAME SHAME...
