No salary hikes at all.Name sake only it’s corporate company but they don’t treat us like corporate employees.No job security at all and no support from management and always they tell will keep you PIP and without informing you they will remove you from the company.

Pay is good in comparision with other real estate portals. Carries a brand name in the market.

Dislikes

Work life balance is null. Pressure is tremendously high at all time. There is no growth absolutely and no empathy for people even working for 10 years (though there are few who remains now). 6 days working (Saturday is suppose to be a holiday but managers will double ensure to make sure you work and get business). Most above abusive languages are common on daily calls. Unrealistic targets. You will be literally treated like a dog at times. I cannot think of anything more than a star, please choose wisely before joining.

Magicbricks first done Salary cut from April few days after lockdown & after few days on 4th May done layoffs sacked in one day around 150 employees only from sales.

Management is totally confused, unfortunate for them who's still generating revenue for the company, Managers don't even trust on their employees, tremendous pressure for the business its like magicbricks is bankrupt and they want the business at any cost to survive. Managers don't even go and meet the clients they are siting in their cabin and enjoying luxury life, Their work is to blame and abuse sales guys, Too much of politics and favoritism whoever is willing to become mangers dog will get all the benefits. Mangers are abusing sales people over the call and in front of everyone is very common. CEO and stakeholders should understand why their 90% of the sales team are looking for the job change.

It is a Time's group company and in this company you have a job security and they give time to improve.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but incentive policies are not good and career growth is slow.
