A startup company where you can excel in design of Industrial Steel Structures. You will get opportunity to handle a project individually which will make one technically sound. Exposure to softwares such as Staad-Pro, AutoCAD and Tekla will be an added advantage.

...fter 6months or so. Work pressure would be too much that one can get frustrated. There is no personal growth in terms of salary or career opportunities. One would not get a salary slip if he/she is expecting.

Not a good company to work with. There is no job security, even they can fire an employee who has worked 15 years for the company. Third class management culture. No client strength in the current situation.

Dislikes

Not a good company to work with, they can close down company anytime. Running like a lala ji ki company.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
