The interview process was smooth.

The HR contacted me for a job posting. The interview process was started, and they asked my salary expectations, to which the HR (Akshita Bhardwaj & K Sharma) replied that they are OK with my salary expectations and went ahead with the interview process. I cleared all three rounds of interviews, but when the time came for salary discussion and joining process they straight away reduced 5lacs salary from my salary expectations and told me that they can best offer this reduced salary. It is really ridiculous for an HR like Akshita Bhardwaj and K Sharma, where they first agree on the salary expectations and then at the time of final discussion just arrogantly behave and reduced the salary offered by such a big amount even after agreeing on the initial discussions. I sympathize with the current employees of this company and its founders that they have given the recruitment responsibilities to these jerks.
It was by God's grace that I got opportunity from a FAANG company and never looked back on this nonsense startup, and they lost a great software engineer because of these stupid HR personals.
I STRONGLY SUGGEST PEOPLE, DON'T JOIN THIS IRRESPONSIBLE AND RIDICULOUS STARTUP.

worse politics (abusive people working in R&D), too much flexibility in office timings,manipulative leadership in support of abusive people who deliberately cause delay in work. One person has abused me on phone after i left the company, i have written elaborate email to upper management but they haven't taken any legal action against that person. they also haven't not given relieving letter. They want to know present company before they give relieving letter which is again illegal. So, this ridiculous,irrational,unreasonable startup.
Company is in hands of two very young siblings where employees are on an average 30 and the CEO and COO are approx. 26 years of age.
Management is good, direct recognition will be provided by the CEO to an individual.
A startup company but it have good work culture and having so many opportunities.
Company doesn't have any proper policies, no proper documentation of rules and regulations.
Work life balance is also not as expected, everyday you have to send daily report to the management. This need to be followed very strictly.

Initially I was told that in campus food is provided, so I thought it may be like "order what you want to eat" but here it is like everyone will get single thali having 3 Rotis and some rice and two curries with a sweet and evening snack is also 4 biscuits, almost 10gm of Namkeen with a small cup of tea.
I have been working in Lynkit for more than 4 months now and i can surely say that the company policies and the work environment is positive and encouraging for the employees. All the coworkers are very helpful to any of the newcomer and helps him in any way possible.
The upper management is very supportive and helpful to all, the HR always look out for the employees welfare and is very friendly. Company also helps its employees in getting job training and skill development for personal growth if necessary. The company policies helps in maintaining work-life balance as the office timing are flexible and every alternate Saturday is off and the working Saturday is WFH.
As its a growing company with major things happening every other day, you always have to keep giving your 100% on your working hour, sometimes little overwork. which may help you in growing but put a lot pressure on you. But the company and HR organize office parties and Outings time to time to release work pressure.
