I have been working in Lynkit for more than 4 months now and i can surely say that the company policies and the work environment is positive and encouraging for the employees. All the coworkers are very helpful to any of the newcomer and helps him in any way possible. The upper management is very supportive and helpful to all, the HR always look out for the employees welfare and is very friendly. Company also helps its employees in getting job training and skill development for personal growth if necessary. Dislikes

As its a growing company with major things happening every other day, you always have to keep giving your 100% on your working hour, sometimes little overwork. which may help you in growing but put a lot pressure on you. But the company and HR organize office parties and Outings time to time to release work pressure.

Work Details

My work in the company is to make new android mobile applications and add new features in our already existing android apps by working and collaborating with our whole mobile development team together.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
