This is actual for Russia, probably this mary vary in different locations. Working on different projects is like working at different companies, especially when you work on-site. As a result, processess or working conditions can be less or more comfortable.

Management does not disturb or assign you unnecessary work if you are tagged to a project. For skill development there are quite number of training’s are arranged. Medical coverage is good.

...ur work. In that manner the motivation for work goes down as per my experience. Salary hike is very less from last 2-3 years for most employees there is no hike at all.
