I have worked in 3 process in 5 years. My current process which is USO2C process where Manager's politics are worst and few of the employees in this process are getting mentally torture, listen hard and abusive words from manager, never get appreciation and manager and it's head of the department takes away credits of their below colleagues.
No standard pay scale as per position, should make a minimum as well as maximum benchmark salary for each level.
Too delay in promotion, specially at from sr. Executive position. They can create a mir positions between sr.executive and Manager grade.
Too many meetings.
Workload is high.
No manpower as per requirement, still causal too is not enough.
