...praisals. Average allowances. Articulates fast as per the industry requirements. Pay scale for upper management positions are above average.

Dislikes

Non professional work culture. You should be ready to attend calls/meetings at early morning(7:00 AM)/late night(10:30 PM). Though by policy company is strictly promoting ethical business, ground reality is different. Everything is related to sales achievements. Least focus on development aspects.

Good work environment and culture. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. Teammates are supportive give best opportunity and support for work learning experience timely for overall development of emloyee
