Salary structure is very confusing, In-hand salary(after deduction of PF, Bonus etc.) is very less camprision to others company, Employee is very limited so create problems after resignation or leaves of employee.

Company is very good no doubt but company built with people culture not good, there are 2 type people one are working and 2nd type taking credit. Bias environment by manager and team. Promotion and incriment not in rational way Some people not doing work taking single data review whole day still they are promoted and appreciate so manager look this type of condition
