Company policies are Good, No salary Deduction. Now also declared Advance Bonus in August month instead of October.

Dislikes

No Appraisal. Adding Digital-Technology on Marketing is worst. Customer are unhappy with Tele-Calling Harrasement.

If you are a performer Lupin is the place to be. Work culture is on the better side. Company as a whole is in great demand at the customer end. Job Security is probably the best.

There is slow growth. In hand salary is the main problem there is lot of cuttings from salary apart from pf and bonus. In this time the inflation rate is so high people can't manage his/her expense.
