I have worked in 3 process in 5 years. My current process which is USO2C process where Manager's politics are worst and few of the employees in this process are getting mentally torture, listen hard and abusive words from manager, never get appreciation and manager and it's head of the department takes away credits of their below colleagues.

Job not secure in the company No promotion policy No proper evaluation of experience person. Opportunity not given to right person.. Poor management. No rule & regulations. No any employees satisfy. Long ting service award provided to employees but no vaue addition in company. All employees feel panic always due to lost of service at any time. No any has secure about his service.

The overall culture which not only emphasis on just the work but to keep the employee engage and be a part of every activity whichever is being going on inside the organization.

Appraisals to be done more often and better compensation as per the location of the plant.
