...Lupin, I valued the experience and growth, but there were areas for improvement. The compensation did not align with the industry standard for my role, and the consistent target pressure in recent years was challenging. Additionally, I felt there could be more opportunities for career advancement.

Company is very good no doubt HR policy are good Company giving salary at right time

Company is very good no doubt but company built with people culture not good, there are 2 type people one are working and 2nd type taking credit. Bias environment by manager and team. Promotion and incriment not in rational way Some people not doing work taking single data review whole day still they are promoted and appreciate so manager look this type of condition

1.Initial not provided full fill facilities but after some time they provided facilities. 2.company doctor and EHS manager worked very good and supporting. 3.temreture recoding and it's monitoring done by security it's very good. 4.need to improve canteen facilities like hotwater, fresh spoon,plate,glass(they are re- use spoon within minutes/ hours).

...er level as sr.executive to M1,M2 because this incentives depending upon basics.but operator, supervisor, executive basic salary is very less,they are actually hardworker but incentives getting 400-800 hundred only?and executive 2000-3000 per month only. Because they was worked 12 Hours as alternative. 3.overtime facilities not available, it's required for now day's as compared other companies. 4.need to analyse our existing staff salaries and experience as compared other highering people for same.

Lot of deduction from salary,manual work in production, No automation facility.HR not hear employee issue.transport and food deduct 2000 per month.PF goes in LUPIN trust.

Only work, discussion and problem solving. SOP are good, System and software are good.

Dislikes

Policies are not for employees, there is no care for employees as such. Work load is more and compensation is less. Compulsory Extra duty hours with no benifit. Care during Covid is only for data generation, no actual care. Admin is worst.
