Earlier we were at work from home for 7weeks with full salary and by giving extra health insurance coverage and work with safety, overall progressive culture of company is appreciable

As such not so much there to dislike but employee employer relationship can be improved

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I was part of a team that kmarkets reliable, high quality products and has aa global client base.another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow the work pressure is very high . Sometimes , I have to work more then 14 -16 hours straight in a day. Night time reaveling . I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my clients but they mostly go unnoticed in quater meeting and senior joint field working. And seniors thinks like they are hittler and B.E. Is only for listen bad words, and pining each time. Managers reach at home when B.E. Is on leave for confirmation. B.e was not have rights to say something only for listening. Never listen cleary fications from B.E. Every time they think always boss is right. Mainly A.S.M, and R.S,M working is so bad experience

...easy to identify the doctor and products are excellent and patient satisfaction is more given more happy to me The Salary credit is really great end Of The month I getting since 3yrs

Mainly Giving Targets very high, Appraisal is not upto the mark last year my salary increased 500 pm Salary also disappointed because my package 3.58 pa but there is lots of cuttings I got 20k pm only it is very disappointed And Sale pressure is very high in my division

The compensation did not align with the industry standard for my role, and the consistent target pressure in recent years was challenging. Additionally, I felt there could be more opportunities for career advancement.

I most like the working culture of the company everyone is full motivated always and ready to help each others, the job security is amezing here, Lupin is Employee Friendly Company where employee never want to change or leave the company...

The salay package is slightly less as compared to the industry or as compared to the same segment leading company
