Job not secure in the company No promotion policy No proper evaluation of experience person. Opportunity not given to right person.. Poor management. No rule & regulations. No any employees satisfy. Long ting service award provided to employees but no vaue addition in company. All employees feel panic always due to lost of service at any time. No any has secure about his service.

Company is very good but old managers not good.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't adress our issues.Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Manager very rudely with officers . And he support only their close and own person. And he told i admin and i hr . Only things happen what i want.

Job is not secure, working culture not good, management system good but some people break the system.

Skill development - Excellent

Dislikes

Salary structure very poor. Only management groth high but employee groth rate very low. Extra working hours perform daily. Performance rating system good but manger has already dicided employee performance. Canteen facility is very poor. I am not satisfied with lunch or dinner during my job period.
