There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 1 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The compensation did not align with the industry standard for my role, and the consistent target pressure in recent years was challenging. I most like the working culture of the company everyone is full motivated always and ready to help each others, the job security is amezing here, Lupin is Employee Friendly Company where employee never want to change or leave the company...

The salay package is slightly less as compared to the industry or as compared to the same segment leading company

Salary structure is lupin is not good for old employees, becouse according to time old employees salary is not up to date

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. Company policies are also good.

Dislikes

The management is not good, the salary is also below average we could not meet our expenses as of now. Too much politics. Company always think about cost cutting in every aspect. Our personal life is also ruined. I am leaving the organisation.
