...tely & accountable. LUMIQ is always consistent to pay under every circumstance. Even during COVID infected world and uncertain circumstances, we always received our salary on time.

... different hierarchy, to the manager, delivery partner and then to the CEO also. Payment of Salary has been delayed for 1.5 months of time since NOV 2024. The variable pay has not been paid since last two quarters. Life has been squeezed from Work life balance.

LUMIQ's strong mentorship culture makes it a great place to learn and grow. The training programs for both new and existing employees help us stay current with the latest tools and best practices. I joined as a "NUMIQer" and had the chance to move from 15k per month to 8.5 LPA ONE I completed the K2 program -some folks did it successfully, although I couldn't. Even the CEO is hands-on with tech. The head of the technology still codes and holds live session.

...busy schedules, and senior management usually appears only once or twice a year. Recently, finance underwent a major restructuring, which delayed salary. They were transparent about it, but no delays would be ideal.

Nothing with recent policy changes,salary is always delayed,no work life balance,company will treat you like labour,even bpos are better then this,worst for any developer profile.

Everything,from work culture to office politics everyhting is so wrong about this organization,there is hardly anything left in this organization which is good,amazing people have left the organization and stupid people in management has destoryed this organization,especially HR Head and Data Science Lead.Avoid working here
