Over the top, they are not even giving salary on time and then force employees to put 5 star rating on company online platform. The POSH policies, Mental health wellness are just things for the poster and paper because they never act on it. It’s better to do a half pay job elsewhere than work at this company. Only toxic people can stay and sustain here themselves.

I feel compelled to share my experiences as I had the worst experiences of my career at Lumiq. There was an abysmal lack of transparency in work/project allocation, and it seemed as though the lead or manager stole all the credit for the hard work put in by everyone else (people who work at ground level). There was no recognition of the team's efforts, and it created a toxic work environment where people were afraid to make mistakes. Moreover, the unrealistic work expectations were unbearable. Without any work-life balance, team members were expected to work day and night, even on weekends. There was no comp-off policy and no compensation for working on weekends. It was incredibly frustrating, and I could see many colleagues leaving out of sheer frustration just within a year of joining. The lack of empathy and blame game culture at the company made it intolerable. The so-called founding members were highly arrogant and disrespected both juniors and seniors. They seemed to be obsessed with micromanagment, which created a lot of fear among the employees. Even minor mistakes were subject to public humiliation and criticism. Overall, I had a terrible experience working at Lumiq. The culture was toxic, and the expectations were unrealistic. There was no work-life balance, and the lack of transparency made it impossible to work effectively. I highly regret working there. Therefore, it is advisable to think twice before deciding to join this firm.

...lawed business model. 3) **Delayed Salaries:** Salaries are rarely paid on time. Don’t expect to receive your salary on the 31st or 1st of any month. The company will find various reasons to delay payments.

No proper project planning. You'll be asked to take up tasks on random modules for which you would never be given any KT and will be asked to complete it immediately. If you ask any doubts regarding the task to your manager be ready to face the ranting. Very toxic environment. No leave policy so you will never be able to take a leave. There is no work life balance, often I've seen colleagues to go to bed on next day morning. Managers make your life a living hell. There is no team building activities or any formal introduction with the team. You'll never know whom you're working with.

...tely & accountable. LUMIQ is always consistent to pay under every circumstance. Even during COVID infected world and uncertain circumstances, we always received our salary on time.

It's too far from my home and takes 2 to 3 hours to reach the office.
