...rganization. Job security now days are good unless you are not in a mess totaly. Salary perks are ok if you able to bargain. Internal growth is average. I will recomend to join this company.

Work environment is based on your senior leaders. If the leader is good everything will fall in place. So till the time I am writing this review negatives are gone & no cons to write. Though some cons was their in earlier stage but everything is taken care of by the organization.

Likes

The travel expenses is good. You will visit international location once a year. In Covid they implied work from home for the employees who were not laid off. Second Saturday is off.

... 21-22 but all the hard work in vein. Infant non achiver got the highest rating. My boss was less educated & he was jealous because his salary was low from some ASM. At lastly he put all the ASM to PIP for no reason & fired them. HR policies are also week. They won't support you against your reporting manager. Only they can do the paperwork for their reputation.

They Communicate Wrong And False Information to Upper Management and Build False Narratives about ASM 'S and Safe their Skins . Success Factor is also A Big Drama . ASM Fill Success Factor and like Dictator Branch Managers give him Stars. Regional Managers Just Approve It Because They Don't Want to Involve in Any Type of Conspiracy . Can’t recall any. Policies were good but due to cost cutting, it’s weakening.

Politics, bad managers, no work life balance and no professional growth based on your good work but you will have to be a favourite of your seniors, atleast that was what happening in my dept.
