Job Title: Deputy Manager-Manager , Professional Lighting Sales _ Jammu _Branch
Job Description: Segment Vertical Public & Infra ( B2G) Preferably .
Positions : 1 Nos.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Expertise: Minimum of 7 to 10 years of proven experience in B2G (Lighting Division /Building Segment Vertical only) sales to drive revenue growth and establish strong business relationships.
2. Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively convey the value of Havells' electrical and electronics products to all Stakeholders in Business Value Chain.
3. Independent Contributor Role :Should have Proven Track Record of Independently Managing an Assigned Territory & Exhibits leadership abilities by managing and motivating Channel sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
4. Industry Network: Utilize his existing network to foster connections with B2G (Govt. & PSUs) End Customers, Architects, Electrical Consultants, PMCs , Electrical & EPC Contractors, & CPs.
5. Team Player : Should be a Constructive Team Player & Believe in Fostering Cohesive Working .
6. Location: The position is based out at Chandigarh Br., providing a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of Havells in Geographical Spread of Chandigarh & Tricity .
**Qualifications:**
- 7 to 10 years of experience in B2B/B2G (lighting division/Building Material only) sales,
- Having MBA or equivalent degree if its B.tech or B.Arch with MBA is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in team management.
- Existing network and connections with B2G Customers , Architects Consultants , PMCs , PSUs , CPs Etc.
- Results-driven with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Company policies are very good and employee can do work for so many years.. Management will listen and help for ground level problems and activities.. As an employee we can assure to channel partners for their future business growth. Overall well organised and focused company on their visions. And company will involve employees too..
Only one I don’t like is that company will spend lakhs of amount for market activities. But zonal business head don’t have any budget to engage the team or other activities.. All financial matters taken care by head office only.
