...n you ask for a leave, they will ask to either compensate or shorten your leave. They pay you retention bonus every month in salary and if you chose to leave before the contract you have to pay that back to them as equal to the months you served. So if you have one year contract but you leave in 10th month, you have to pay back for those. I only chose to stay because of undeniable personal issue and WFH mode

No perks and benifits for employees. The salary is good but no increment after the salary is fixed and the career growth is also slow.

Job is always insecure. Irrespective of your knowledge or experience. This company decided to fire most of its employees in 2020 when COVID 19 was at its peak. HRD dominates the operation team while hiring and firing. Nepotism plays an important role in the process of hiring. There is no transparency. Many employees who were about to complete 5 years were fired to avoid the financial burden of gratuity. Employees are fired secretly by the HRD and even your reporting manager is not aware of it. Managers are incompetent and inefficient and they simply blame the junior staff for work-related concerns. In most departments the entire production team has been fired but managers are still there. This is possible only in Lumina because of corporate corruption. There is no place for hard working employees. However, Lumina Datamatics is the best place for sycophants and bootlickers. It doesn't matter whether they know their work or not.

...ducts and asks us money when returning. Laziest IT support team I had ever seen. Salary and appraisals???... Never expect those... They are just words there... Your work will never be appreciated..Office politics takes place...Such a worst place to work.. but my team members are so nice
