No perks and benifits for employees. The salary is good but no increment after the salary is fixed and the career growth is also slow.

My team members are very friendly and helped me to raise my level in every aspects.

...ducts and asks us money when returning. Laziest IT support team I had ever seen. Salary and appraisals???... Never expect those... They are just words there... Your work will never be appreciated..Office politics takes place...Such a worst place to work.. but my team members are so nice

Management doesn t care about employees and treat subords as their servants. The reward for hard work is more work; The company doesnt value good employees.

...c HR at Noida location. Never join this company if u want a bit of job security. After firing this company doesn't provide money at one time in liu of notice pay.

The environment is very good and professional. You get to learn a lot of new things. The facilities and infrastructure of the company is also very good. The managers are good and helpful. Overall it is a very good and peaceful place; no politics or negativity.

Dislikes

... time and sometimes work on Saturdays as well without getting any extra payment. The salary is less but then they have other facilities so it's kind of ok if compared to the other companies, at least this place does not have that much politics and toxic environment.
